Best part about your job at PTS?
I know this sounds cliché’, but the people are probably the best part about working at PTS. I can see the passion everyone has for doing what is right.  I feel most people here have the same feeling I do….we are building products that save people’s lives.

Secret Talent?
I am a gear head. I rebuilt my first boat motor from the ground up, when I was 16 years old.

Favorite part about working at PTS?
Making everlasting changes in the lives of people. Also, laughing, as we have had some major adversity here, and everyone seems to want to help each other laugh. Laughter is good for your heart, soul, & mind.

One thing you can’t resist?
Since I was about 4-5 years old, I always wanted to be on the water, in a boat. Big boats, little boats, cruise ships,.it does not matter. I cannot resist getting out on the water. I am fortunate to be able to be on the water a lot, and it never gets old. I learn something every time.

Best advice you have ever been given?
My dad gave me some of the best advice & I can’t just name one so….., “Treat others the way you want them to treat you.” “You put your pants on the same way everyone does, one leg at a time.” “You never ask anyone to do anything that you 1. Won’t do, 2. Haven’t done, or 3. Will do again.” If you ask my kids……They would say I preach to them about being on time…..”If you are on time….you are late. If you are early, you are on time”.
