CEO Letter of Thanks

A Note on Resilience and Gratitude

I am pleased to welcome back full and partial furloughed employees as well as announce the end of the temporary salary cuts implemented in Q4 of 2020. After an unprecedented year filled with many difficulties and uncertainties, I am truly in awe of the resilience and team camaraderie that has been exhibited by each and every one of you.

Thank you for staying positive, continuing to grind, and for going above and beyond in order to ensure that our organization is as successful as possible. It is evident that you care immensely for one another and embrace all aspects of being a tight-knit, high-performing PTS Diagnostics team.

We have experienced success because you dedicate yourselves to ensuring that people living with chronic conditions receive the affordable and accessible care that they deserve. It is important that we remember the real-world impact that our company has and use this as motivation to continue to make a difference for our customers.

I truly believe that we are poised to emerge from this pandemic as an even more effective team than ever before and with a renewed sense of vigor that will drive our business to new heights. PTS is a highly resilient organization because of the passion you bring every day to delivering on our mission of the betterment of chronic disease management by closing gaps in care through point-of-care delivery, customer focus, innovative technology, and adherence to robust quality standards. 2021 holds great promise for us all.

Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued commitment to PTS and the sacrifices that you and your families have made on behalf of this organization.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Chapman, President and CEO
